Important Notes

• A minimum 3-month commitment is required for any tier to allow sufficient time for meaningful, measurable results.
• A 50% down payment is required at the start of the first month, with the remaining 50% due at the end of that month. Billing returns to the full monthly amount thereafter.
• All prices are in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD). Prices represent monthly fees and are subject to review after 6 months of service.
• Ad spend is paid directly to Meta (Facebook and Instagram) on the client's behalf. For ease in the client relationship, we handle all payments to Meta on our card and bill the client as part of the monthly total. No additional processing fee applies.
• We will advise on which posts to boost, for how long, and to which audience. All ad decisions are communicated to the client before spend is deployed.
• Profile Optimisation and Social Media Audit is a one-time service billed separately on Tier 1 at TTD 1,500, and included at a discounted rate of TTD 800 on Tier 2 and Tier 3 plans.
• All content requires client approval before publishing. A 48-hour turnaround on approvals is required to maintain the posting schedule.
• Reels require raw video footage supplied by the client or captured during a content gathering session. Reels cannot be produced without source footage.
• Additional Reels or carousels beyond the included quota are available and will be billed separately at TTD 600 per Reel and TTD 500 per carousel.
• Content gathering sessions require a minimum of 3 to 5 business days notice to schedule. Travel outside San Juan incurs an additional transport fee quoted separately.
• This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
