Terms and Clarifications
Revisions
All services include 2 rounds of revisions unless otherwise noted. Two-page brochures, three-page brochures, and pull-up banners include 3 rounds. Additional revisions are billed at TTD 250 per round.
Rush Delivery
Projects requiring delivery within 24 hours of briefing are subject to a 50% rush surcharge applied to the base price, with a minimum charge of TTD 500.
File Delivery
All completed designs are delivered in PDF and the relevant source format (e.g. .pptx, .ai, .canva) unless a specific format is requested. Print-ready files are supplied at 300 DPI minimum.
Content Provision
All text, images, and brand assets to be used in the design must be provided by the client before work begins. Delays in content provision may affect delivery timelines.
Approval Process
Client approval is required at each revision stage before work proceeds. A 48-hour turnaround on approvals is requested to maintain agreed delivery timelines.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required before work begins on any project. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final approved files.
Printing
Design fees cover digital file creation only. Printing, production, and related costs are the responsibility of the client and are not included in the prices above.
